**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Service Manager to lead and motivate a dynamic hospitality team. This hands-on role ensures seamless event execution, excellent client service, and staff supervision across a variety of high-profile boardrooms and events.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support hospitality staff to maintain high service standards
- Lead on-site hospitality events, addressing staff needs and resolving on-site challenges professionally
- Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring expectations are met
- Provide team briefings, manage shifts, and oversee on-site performance
- Report event outcomes and contribute to team development
- Ensure hospitality staff work compliantly within WHS regulations

**What We’re Looking For**
✔ Minimum **3 years’ experience** in hospitality supervision with team leadership skills
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
✔ Extensive food & beverage knowledge (Protocol Hospitality experience a plus)
✔ Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
✔ Understanding of workplace health and safety regulations in hospitality settings

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
