Team Leader

We are excited to welcome a Team Leader opportunity at our Fonda Surry Hills casa.

Our People are the heart and soul of Fonda and we are looking for an awesome star to shine through and join our Surry Hills team

Our Team Leaders run both the front & back of house service at their Fonda restaurant. They make timely decisions and learn on the fly while leading Fondarians (what we are affectionately known as) across all functions of the restaurant. Team Leaders create an environment where people come together to genuinely connect.

We are interested in championing someone who can bring their shine and hit the ground running so the ability to start soon is preferred.

**Requirements**:

- Adhering to Fonda's processes and procedures
- Stock rotation and Food Safety
- Preparing food items with speed and efficiency
- Cleaning duties, including closing the kitchen
- Managing the day to day operations of the business including opening and closing the restaurant
- Control the guest experience during shift, from setting up the ambience to responding to guest feedback - you’ll be in total control of the vibe of the restaurant and the experience of your guests
- Driving the sales, guest experience, COGS, labour goals for your restaurant whilst leading shift

**What's Next?**

Our roles are permanent part-time. We’re a hospitality business, so you need to be available for a mixture of shifts during the week and on the weekends.

Applicants must have (and be able to maintain) full, ongoing working rights in Australia.
