**About the Role**

ETM is experiencing an exciting phase of growth and seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Event Coordinator to join our Melbourne team.

An Event Coordinator at ETM is an entry-level role suitable for those who are wishing to pursue a career event management, specialising in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) sector. As with all our positions, service is the focus while managing clients’ international and domestic travel and event arrangements.

As Event Coordinator, you’ll be working under the guidance of our senior team members in the planning, management and execution of small-and large-scale corporate events both within Australia and overseas.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied and may include researching destinations, sourcing and managing hotel accommodation, liaising with clients and delegates, working in our event management platforms, supporting air travel bookings, financial processing, supporting event delivery onsite and more.

To succeed at being an Event Coordinator at ETM is to effectively support the Event Managers and Team Leaders in delivering the best possible outcomes for our clients, through positive collaboration and a client service excellence mindset.

**Skills and Experience**
- At least 1-year experience in Event Management advantageous
- Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and confident in learning new technology
- Experience in event software Events AIR advantageous but not essential
- Exceptional attention to detail and good time management skills
- Excellent professional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record in a customer service role
