Job Description: Construction Materials Procurement & Supplier Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities - Materials Procurement
- Develop and execute procurement plans based on project timelines and material requirements
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards
- Manage purchase orders, delivery schedules, and inventory levels to avoid project delays
- Monitor market trends and material availability to optimize procurement strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual terms during procurement processes

Key Responsibilities - Supplier Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors
- Conduct regular supplier evaluations to assess performance, reliability, and quality
- Resolve supply chain issues such as delays, defects, or disputes in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with suppliers to improve product offerings and service levels
- Identify and onboard new suppliers to diversify and strengthen the supply base

Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost analysis
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and finance teams to align procurement with project goals
- Prepare regular reports on procurement status, cost savings, and supplier KPIs

Qualifications & Skills (Optional)
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain within the construction industry
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with construction materials and technical specifications
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
