**The Opportunity**:
This newly created opportunity is due to our never-ending growth and is an excellent opportunity to use your knowledge and experience to support a complex warehouse network across Australia.

This role will be handling a large portfolio with over 113,000 SKUs and 220 warehouses across Australia and will support the General Manager - Supply Chain to achieve the businesses supply chain goals.

As a full-time permanent role, located at Acacia Ridge, we offer a hybrid work arrangement with 2 days of working from home and 3 days of collaborating with the team.

**What will you be doing?**
- **Relationships**:Regularly collaborate with the field operations teams to accurately forecast demand, identify improvements & optimise parts inventory and availability.
- **Managing Large Data**:Organise and maintain the inventory data in NetStock, ensuring data is accurate and order plans are accurate.
- **Forecasting**:Generate and review monthly forecasts for field service teams nationally
- **Procurement**:Generate replenishment orders for field service teams and **a**ssist in the ordering of parts to satisfy any urgent demand.
- **Analysis**:Regularly analyse, identify and minimise obsolete and aging stock and present workable solutions.
- **System Maintenance**:Ensure inventory planning data is accurate.
- **Communicate**:Work with our operations and management teams regularly to proactively support the business including regular reporting.

You will also have:

- **Education**: A degree in business, logistics, supply chain or similar would be ideal.
- **Real Life Experience**: We are looking for someone with experience within a similar Planning role.
- **All About The Numbers**: Experience in forecasting and replenishment management across a complex warehouse network and experience generating reports and analysing inventory volumes across key supply chain metrics.
- **A People Person**: Ability to build rapport across all levels of the business from field service teams to senior leaders.
- **An Eye For Detail**: Being accurate & detailed is in your nature.
- **The Tech**: Knowledge of Inventory Management System and a confident user of Excel
