Operating out of a boutique office, our client is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator/Office all-rounder to support a team of approachable sales agents. If you are looking for a positive, family-friendly office, that offers work-life balance, this is the role for you.

**The Role**:

- Be the right-hand person to this busy Sales Director
- Diary Management/organise appointments
- Assist with responding to and recording enquiries for the team
- Database entry and management
- Client relationships and management
- List properties online for agents
- Prepare and process sales contracts
- Prepare marketing materials
- Offer support to the Property Management team when required

**About You**:

- 1+ years of experience working in real estate
- Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration & driver’s license
- Approachable, friendly, supportive, with a great attitude
- Professionally presented
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent Word/Outlook & computer skills
- The ability to work proactively and independently
- Shows initiative
