**Are you a dynamic and organised professional with a knack for keeping things running smoothly?**

We're seeking an experienced Office Manager to join a CBD-based Project Management firm. This is a newly created role due to growth, and you will work closely with one of the directors who has been running this part of the business since its inception. She is warm, engaging and methodical in her approach to the day-to-day operations.

Joining the team of 15 as the Office Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the office operations are well-oiled while also bringing positive vibes to the team. You have the opportunity to be creative and bring new ideas to enhance efficiencies.

**Responsibilities**:
**Assistance with Tendering**: Support the project management team by helping with tender processes, ensuring everything's well-organised and submitted on time. You'll also be the go-to for keeping tender records in check.

**Car Fleet Care**: Take charge of our company car fleet, ensuring they're in top shape. Coordinate maintenance and repairs to keep them cruising smoothly.

**Event Planning Extraordinaire**: Put your event planning skills to use by organising both internal and external events. Whether it's team meetings, client presentations, workshops, or networking events, you'll ensure they're a hit.

**Office Supplies Guru**: Manage office supplies like a pro. Keep track of what we need, order supplies, and make sure we're always well-stocked to tackle the day.

**Team's Admin Superstar**: Be the primary contact point for administrative support within the project management team. Your quick and friendly assistance will keep everything ticking.

**Spreading the Good Vibes**: Infuse positivity into our office culture. Your energy will make our workplace an even more collaborative and motivating space.

**The foundation for success -**
- Previous experience in office management or similar roles, showing you've got the admin game down pat.
- Superb organisational skills and an eagle eye for details, keeping things on track even when the to-do list grows.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills so that you can effortlessly connect with the team, clients, and suppliers.
- Comfortable using standard office software and tools, from Microsoft Office to communication platforms.
- Quick on your feet and cool under pressure, adapting to changes and challenges with a can-do attitude.
- A naturally positive and enthusiastic demeanour that's infectious to those around you.
