**About the role**

**About you**
You are a capable, commercial and highly regarded workplace relations specialist with deep expertise gained across the full scope of challenges in service-based, people-centred environments, ideally in health-related sectors. You have extensive knowledge of the Fair Work Act and related legislation, and a reputation as a value-adding business partner with outstanding judgement and a balanced perspective on complex operational management issues. Your superior analytical thinking capability combined with your written and verbal skills equip you to develop communications that engage management and inform staff organisation-wide. Underpinning these capabilities are your friendly, practical and empathic style, and exceptional commitment to internal customer service.
