**About the Client**
STAFF X Talent Solutions is hiring for the Administration team of our client which is a leading residential construction group in Australia. This team provides sales and marketing solutions for investment properties in Australia to their B2B clients. They manage the entire process of land acquisition, administration, and construction to deliver a seamless solution, allowing their Sales Teams to solely focus on advising and selling to their clients.

Our client is a fast-growing business, and they are looking for an Administration Officer with the right attitude and ambition to grow professionally and support the business expansion by embracing innovation & Data and providing convenience for Residential Sales.

**Role Purpose**
Our client is seeking an Administration Officer to maintain and strengthen partnerships with developers, builders and sales teams by ensuring all contractual and administrative tasks are handled promptly and accurately

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Management and administration of land and build contracts across Australia in NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC, SA & WA.
- Maintaining internal CRM ensuring data entered is accurate and current
- Liaising with internal & external stakeholders, including finance, legal, and procurement departments
- Management of Holding Deposit Account
- Distribution of deposits to external partners
- Managing purchaser-based deposits
- Auditing new and existing contracts ensuring accuracy before dispatch
- Answering queries from parties involved in contracts
- Tracking progress of jobs ensuring SLAs are met
- Requesting and issuing of contract variations
- Acting as primary liaison between the Sales Operations team, and stakeholders
- Develop and implement process improvements and systems, drive efficiencies.
- Review, formulate and implement new policy and procedures.
- Assist in evaluating and interpreting data and metrics to drive change
- Manage relationships to ensure smooth day to day operations of the business
- Assist in maintaining a positive culture and employee experience

**Key Requirements**:

- Property-related degree preferred but not essential
- Qualification in business administration or another related field preferred but not Essential
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction or property administration for an Australian company preferred
- Knowledge and exposure of Australian land and build contracts
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong reporting skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and
- Outlook)
- Intermediate to advanced Adobe Suite skills
- Intermediate to advanced management of CRMs
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines consistently
- Strong relationship maintenance
- A great focus on self-improvement
- Ability to assume autonomy for tasks and projects
- High levels of enthusiasm and motivation
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and willingness to seek solutions

**Performance Goals**:

- Minimal error-making and ability to rectify any potential errors immediately
- Ability to work on evenings and weekends if and when required (flexible work options are available to ensure a good balance)
- Complete all administration tasks on time
- Deal with clients, developers, builders, and other employees professionally at all times
- Ensure KPIs are consistent and always improving
