**About the Role**:
In this Senior QA Manager position you will be overseeing a team of QAs across diverse projects and geographies. You will be responsible for ensuring client projects are delivered to a high quality and in a timely manner. You will be leading and mentoring QA teams in Australia, South-East Asia, and China. You will also:

- Provide guidance in the preparation of technical appraisals of programming languages and systems, computational software and related technology
- Monitor the business unit to ensure consistency and compliance with standard practices
- Select, develop and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the QA function
- Conduct internal audits on client and product development activities to evaluate if processes and deliverables fulfil requirements for quality
- Manage and/or participates in overall audit processes
- Contribute to the tactical and strategic planning for future quality programs
- Communicate quality information throughout the organization
- Support development and delivery of training in quality matters

**What you will need**:
You will be a seasoned Senior QA professional with several years’ practical experience coupled with team leadership exposure. You will have gained your skills and knowledge working in a multi-national organisation with geographically diverse teams. You will also have:

- Proven experience conducting risk analyses, quality assessments, audits and/or studies and implementing successful process improvement plans
- Significant exposure to the financial services sector
- Skills in understanding clients’ needs, establishing credibility and building relationships
- Tenacity and the ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate successful outcomes
- Ability to succeed in an Agile work environment where cross-functional teams work closely together
- Strong communication skills
