**Position Duties**:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and professional Receptionist/Administration Assistant with a flexible attitude to join the DDH1 Drilling team at our Brisbane Office in Darra.

The role is varied and will be supporting multiple departments in a busy office. You will be the first point of contact for all visiting customers and clients, as well as telephone calls received. Additional duties will include but not limited to:

- General customer service
- Document Control
- General accounts
- Data Entry
- Day to Day general administration tasks

**What we’re looking for**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work unsupervised as well as part of a team
- You must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint presentations with a high level of accuracy to detail.
- Knowledge of data systems an advantage.
