**About the role**

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Student Services Officer & Administration to join our Sydney campus. This role is critical in providing friendly, informative, and quality customer service to our students and stakeholders as well as supporting the overall delivery and management of our programs.

This role is responsible for:

- Assisting with variation of enrolments such as issuing of offer letters and enrolment documents when it is required.
- Collaboration on administrative duties associated with student lifecycle, including orientation, enrolment, and graduation when it is required.
- Monitor and update student records on relevant databases.
- Issuing official documents such as letter, certificates, transcript, and others as well as update internal records in student management system (SMS) when it is required.
- Follow policies and internal procedures to assist on student’s enrolment variation.
- Liaising with other Student Services Officer and managers at our Melbourne and Perth campuses.
- Participating in the overall continuous improvement of the department
