We are urgently hiring a **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant** for our client. As a consultant, you will work closely with the team to design, build, implement, and configure complex IT solutions on the Dynamics 365 platforms in a specialized environment.

This is a Full Time Permanent role based in Melbourne, VIC._**

**Key Responsibilities**:

Lead the discovery, planning and analysis of requirements and maintain functional documents
- Define high-level business requirements, business process specifications, interface mapping and non-functional requirements
Develop proof-of-concepts and wireframes to validate solution approach and design
- Integrate Dynamics 365 solutions into other core business systems
- Perform high-level system configurations.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Strong experience designing, developing and deploying Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and previous Microsoft CRM versions
- Strong interpersonal, communication and people skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to effectively present complex information to different target audiences both verbally and in writing
- Ability to support team members to evaluate and propose technical alternatives for resolving business and technology issues
- Experience in ITIL service management
