Job Title: Dynamics 365 / PowerApps Developer

Location: Melbourne

Role Type: Contract

Role Overview:

The PowerApps / Dynamics 365 Developer will be an integral part of the product team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Microsoft-based software and web applications. As a Developer, you will contribute to the ongoing development and improvement, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new features and enhance the functionality of Dynamics 365 environments.
  • Design and implement proof of concepts for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to gather and refine requirements, offering innovative solutions to business challenges.
  • Develop and enhance front-end and back-end functionalities, integrating with the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Lead the customisation of PowerPages (formerly PowerApps Portal) to create forms, notifications, and public registers.
  • Conduct code reviews and implement unit tests to ensure high-quality, reliable solutions.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years in a developer role, with experience in PowerApps, Dynamics 365, or .NET.
  • Proficiency in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET) for building scalable, robust solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of developing and customising Dynamics 365 environments (CRM/CE).
  • Experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, and PowerPages (formerly PowerApps Portal) to design applications, workflows, and custom integrations.
  • Proficient in Azure DevOps, Azure, GitHub Desktop, and Visual Studio 2022.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality, user-centric solutions that meet customer requirements and deadlines.
  • Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 or Power Platform would be a plus.
