**The role**:
In this 12 month Fixed Term contract you will ensure efficient delivery of Wellness services to corporate clients and educational institutions. You will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day management of scheduling requests, ordering supplies and equipment logistics, managing paperwork/data, booking travel as required for the services delivered to Bupa Wellness clients.

The purpose of this role is to ensure the efficient delivery of Wellness services to corporate clients and educational institutions. You will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day management of scheduling requests, communicating with external suppliers, facilitators and internal teams. You will assist with the coordination of any pre-service requirements required to ensure delivery of high-quality onsite and virtual services. The role is also responsible for overseeing service paperwork/data return, coordinating the purchasing and logistics of equipment, stock, consumables and ensuring they are streamlined and cost effective.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Act as the conduit for all processes between Bupa Wellness employees, subcontractors and approved third party suppliers to ensure Wellness services are scheduled effectively as provided by the Client Services Team
- Where possible, seek to proactively manage the service pipeline to support ongoing engagement of facilitators and suppliers and to ensure service capacity meets customer demand and expectations
- Assist with booking of facilitator travel where required as per the Bupa Wellness business rules and Bupa’s Travel Policy
- Setting up virtual service webinars on platforms such as WebEx or Zoom
- Ensuring the facilitators have all equipment necessary to conduct the services scheduled (e.g. checking on tracking of kits, scheduling facilitator briefing calls for services delivered by nurses and dietitians)
- Prepare, pack, dispatch and recall items required by facilitators to deliver Bupa Wellness services in accordance with scheduled timelines
- Source, order, manage and monitor Bupa Wellness service delivery stock and equipment inventories
- Troubleshoot service delivery issues as they arise including but not limited to issues with resources, travel, equipment, consumables, paperwork/data or training.

**What do I need?**
- Proven administrative and organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and self-direct work
- Previous experience working within a corporate organisation (desirable)
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams, WebEx, Zoom,
- Experience with scheduling and forecasting would be highly regarded
- Experience in managing internal stakeholders and suppliers/customers
