**About the role**

In this role, you'll lead marketing and branding efforts to showcase MercyCare's services, sharing compelling stories, news, and updates with our audiences. Your work will ensure a strong, consistent brand presence that resonates and inspires.

Your key experience will include:

- Proven expertise in copywriting, editing, proofreading, and media relations.
- Bonus points for video production and editing skills.
- Strong storytelling ability, including interviewing and sourcing content to share impactful narratives across the organization.
- Excellent project coordination skills, with the ability to manage tasks, timelines, and competing priorities effectively.
- Collaborative experience working with external providers—bonus if you’ve partnered with creative agencies to elevate team capabilities.
