**THE ROLE**

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Marketing and Communications Advisor to join our expanding Marketing team. You will work as part of a small team, implementing creative marketing material across all media ventures and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing campaigns and internal communications.

As a Marketing and Communications Advisor reporting to the Head of Marketing and Branding, you will be assisting in managing the integrity of the Linkforce brand. Based at our head office, this full-time position is responsible for:

- Creating written content that includes but not limited to business communications, case studies, social media content, articles, newsletter, promotional literature and website copy
- Analyse and report marketing performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Execute and oversee digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, such as Facebook, LinkedIn & Google Ads
- Coordinate with external partners, such as radio stations, billboard companies and advertising agencies
- Conduct market research to stay up to date with industry trends and insights
- Ensuring overall brand vision is consistent throughout all campaigns
- Support the team and wider business with strategic execution of marketing initiatives

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related fields are desirable
- Proficiency in content writing
- Analytical skills with experience in Meta, Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Experience in managing social media channels
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic photography and / or video skills are desirable
- Strong time and project management
- Strong problem-solving skills
