The Internal Communications Advisor, Enterprise Change will join a high performing Corporate Communications team comprising digital, external, and internal communications professionals. The team work closely with our Enterprise Change team to nurture new initiatives across the company to ensure engagement and uptake.

Together they present the brand voice of Aurecon as it interacts with clients, employees, and other stakeholders. It aligns Aurecon’s verbal, visual and digital messages and activities with its purpose and strategy.

Your role will include:

- Developing internal content for multi-platform executions, choosing a mix of push and pull, physical and virtual to achieve change & communication goals.
- Aligning created content to the team and business strategies.
- Working collaboratively across the organisation to ensure the delivery of clear, concise, and accessible communication services and products to achieve business objectives.
- Actively looking for opportunities to integrate Enterprise Change communication through broader internal communication campaigns
- Managing deadlines and competing priorities, against an ongoing brief to produce high quality communications outputs.
- Executing communications campaigns which connect with employees across internal and social channels.
- Developing a collaborative and co-creative working relationship with the Enterprise Change team to support their programmes.

We are also looking for:

- Experience in a Marketing and Communications role and ideally working with enterprise level communications
- Excellent written and personal communication skills, with a track record in successfully developing and executing communications campaigns
- Agility in straddling strategy, planning and execution, with hands-on operational responsibilities
- Skilled at identifying projects which are aligned with strategies and those which are not - able to manage projects based upon a ‘stop, start, continue’ approach.
- Lateral thinker, able to connect and align messages across multiple projects
- Track record in developing and executing marketing and communications programmes in the digital age
- Resilient and resourceful individual, who is effective in proactively engaging with stakeholders and working with virtual teams across multiple offices and countries to achieve outcomes
- Advanced MS Office skills including SharePoint
