Seeking a communications specialist with exceptional writing skills, strong verbal communication skills, the ability to multitask and adapt quickly to demands of senior stakeholders.

Working with one of the largest professional peak bodies in Australia, providing members with a range of business information services and education, this is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to supporting members.

Responsible for co-ordinating and supporting internal communication strategy, culture and engagement initiatives, ensuring that employees are informed about key business strategy and activity.

**Key responsibilities**:
Maintain and co-ordinate a range of internal communication channels and content including weekly newsletters, intranet content, business updates and supporting materials.

Plan and co-ordinate Town Halls and other employee events focused on culture and engagement.

Provide communication support to stakeholder groups on organisation wide initiatives and projects as required.

Develop, maintain and support the implementation of communication program of key activities that promotes effective employee engagement

Effectively liaise with stakeholders and teams across the organisation to understand the challenges and opportunities to improve internal communication aligned to the communication and culture and engagement strategies.

Champion organisational values and look for opportunities to embed them into day-to-day activities and internal communication strategies.

**Experience and qualifications**:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in strategic communications

Tertiary qualifications in relevant communication, public relations or related discipline

Proven experience executing communication programs

Exceptional stakeholder management skills

High attention to detail with excellent organisational and project management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Solid understanding of internal communication methodologies and communication best practice
