**The Role**

This position is the equivalent to an Assistant Director F&B.

As the Assistant Hospitality Manager your days will be spent managing your own food and beverage outlet and assisting the hospitality manager by overseeing the remaining outlets in the village. You will be working with a highly skilled and enthusiastic team whose daily focus is to make a positive impact to the lives of our residents and families through memorable food and beverage experiences. Other duties include leading and developing the hospitality offerings and service teams and performing daily admin duties.

**About you**:

- Must have extensive manager level experience leading hospitality operations with references to confirm
- IT savvy with efficient skills in Microsoft word, excel programs etc
- Operational budgeting, rostering, cost control experience
- Successful previous leadership roles managing large teams with positive outcomes
- Previous experience managing multiple outlets and roles
- Able to come into a new operation and lead from experience independently
- Experience in managing and developing teams
- Desire to develop and grow
- Can do attitude with passion and positivity
- Holds a valid RSA, Food Safety Certificate
- mPower Experience (is desirable)
- Experience in the busy high-end food and beverage operations
- Steady work history in the same field
