Welcome to C&K Park Lake Community Kindergarten.

C&K Park Lake is co-located on the grounds of Park Lake State School. We are a single unit kindergarten of 22 children. Children are eligible to attend the year before they are due to start Prep, which is around the ages of 3.5 to 4.5.

Our programs are based on children's strengths and interests and are flexible to cater for events and the changing interests of children. For kindergarten-aged children C&K centres use Listening and Learning Together: The C&K Curriculum Approach. The learning outcomes in our approach align with both The Early Years Learning Framework for Australia (EYLF), and the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline (QKLG). Our approach continues the longstanding traditions and philosophical commitments of C&K to our children, families and communities.

We are Queensland’s biggest childcare and kindergarten provider with nearly 350 early services located across our sunny state. We strive to encourage a love of learning through our curriculum approach of Listening and Learning Together

Our beautiful centre is now looking for an Inclusion Support Assistant who is passionate about working alongside children in their early years and will contribute to a team that values open communication and sees children as competent and capable learners.

**Joining the team**

Whether you are an experienced early childhood professional, studying or newly graduated and want to join Queensland’s leading provider and be set up for an amazing career journey, we are excited to speak to you You will be energetic, fun and committed to supporting and guiding children’s learning and development.
- Certificate III in early childhood or equivalent or higher (recognised by ACECQA as an early childhood teaching qualification) Although not necessary but preferable.
- Current paid or Exemption Blue Card
- Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis

Evidence of sound professional experience that shows initiative and strong sense of personal responsibility for meeting objectives, modelling of professional and ethical behaviour, commitment to personal development; and display or courage in the provision of advice and decision making.
