My client is a leading player in the Australian and international property space with both their funds and property management sides of the business thriving.

They have identified a position for a Brand Marketing Executive to work with the Senior Manager, Brand and Digital to grow awareness and saliency of the brand across all audience groups. In this role you will assist in planning and execution of the brand campaigns and sponsorship content, and assist with business unit marketing and collateral as required.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Manage elements of the brand campaigns across planning, logistics coordination, production and rollout
- Assist with planning and coordination of video projects and content, including for key sponsorships
- Brief external agencies to deliver collateral and other requirements for internal stakeholders
- Assist with ad hoc brand requests and review of brand material
- Ensure all marketing collateral meets brand guidelines and appropriate tone and intent defined
- Deliver all projects within agreed budgets and timeframes

To be a success in this role you must demonstrate:

- Tertiary degree qualification in Marketing
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in an integrated marketing and communications role (agency, corporate or both)
- Proven ability to execute and measure campaigns
- Experience liaising with and driving external creative and marketing agencies to achieve deliverables and manage budgets
- Understanding of paid media
- Interest and aptitude in creative and design excellence
- Strong stakeholder management and experience working in a cross functional team environment.
