**About the role**

Reporting to the Change Management Lead, you will be working on a large-scale digital transformation with a focus on customer engagement and experience.

**Responsibilitie**
- Support the Change Management solution design, delivery and implementation as part of the Program and enable successful implementation and embedding of change initiatives.
- Assess business/stakeholder impacts on the end user community, engaging stakeholder groups to meet project deadlines, promoting awareness and generating a positive perception of the Program.
- Providing service excellence to internal/external customers whilst understanding the commercial impact of scope changes and /or delays, and actively executing the change management plan for the various projects.

**Skills and experience**
- Extensive relevant change analyst experience supporting complex ICT projects and/or postgraduate qualifications in organisational change management and/or project management
- Effectively collaborate and communicate across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to continually changing environments, influence and establish credibility with senior stakeholders, take ownership and deliver to tight timeframes

- Knowledge and experience using organisational change management methodologies and tools (i.e. Prosci)
