**About the Role**

An opportunity exists for a part time administrative assistant to join our Insurance broking company based in south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Ideally you will have experience in the financial services or insurance industry.

**Responsibilities**
- Delivering an exceptional level of customer service
- Assist with Administration and general tasks
- Prepare manuals, reports, pre renewals and the like for clients
- Update document templates as directed
- Invoicing and assisting with processing documentation when needed
- General office administration - filing/ data entry/ typing correspondence/ printing/ binding
- Provide back up to receptionist as required

**Important to your success**
- High attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy coupled with the ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information
- Excellent time management ability
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
- Advanced MS word, intermediate excel, SharePoint preferred
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $44,504.05 - $79,894.49 per year
