To continue the growth of our organisation, we are seeking an innovative leader with experience in developing and implementing the group’s digital transformational strategy as well as leading our information systems and technology functions to meet the ongoing needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities include; but are not limited to

**ICT MANAGEMENT**

Ensure the effective performance of all ICT services, manage all ICT projects through all phases, including planning, tender preparation and evaluation, implementation including supporting change management and organisation of relevant training. Act as the Club’s main adviser on all issues relating to ICT and digital transformation and keep abreast of latest developments and technologies.

**LEADERSHIP & DIGITAL CULTURE**

You will be responsible for both designing and deploying a clear IT strategy and roadmap for the organisation while collaborating with the Leadership Team and key stakeholders to drive the overall PLC strategic plan.

You will develop operational well-being by providing education and collaboration with the Leadership Team to improve efficiencies to maintain a competitive position and grow revenue.

**GOVERNANCE & COMPLIANCE**

Ensure that PLC complies with all legal, regulatory and contractual requirements. Mitigate key elements of the organisation’s risk relating to, but not limited to, cyber security.

**TEAM LEADERSHIP**

Inspire, lead and develop direct reports, and internal/external project teams, and provide guidance to others in maximising efficiency via digital technology-based systems.

About you:
The successful person will be agile, passionate and demonstrate outstanding skills in the following:

- “Can roll up your sleeves” - lead the resolution of software, systems and network problems under demanding time constraints
- Strong ability to think and act strategically coupled with strong analytical skills and experience interpreting strategic vision into an operational model
- Management of projects and vendors to ensure IT support SLAs are met

**DESIRABLE**:
At least 10 years of experience at a Senior ICT level, making actionable recommendations to senior leadership. Ensuring the Club’s ICT and digital infrastructure is fit for purpose, effective, reliable and secure.
