This is a new and vital role for the business. We have grown to the point where this layer of Executive is crucial for the next phase of our expansion.
Owing to our continued growth and diversification into several industry sectors, we are seeking an astute Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our organisation and support the actualisation of our strategic business Plan within allocated resources.
The role will report to our Chief Executive Officer and work directly with The Board and our Senior Leadership Team to ensure the organisation performs at a high level of operational excellence. Additionally, the COO will ensure the organisation is run as efficiently and effectively as possible with practices aligned to our vision and strategic outcomes.
Your commercial acumen and market foresight will be critical in steering our teams to implement sales and service delivery improvement strategies; and you will utilise your collaborative leadership style to foster an org-wide high-performance culture.

**Skills and Experience**:
**Essential**:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Commerce, Business or relevant discipline
- Experience in Financial & Budgetary Management practices;
- Exposure to Labour Law and employment equity regulations;
- Demonstrated Leadership and People Management skills;
- Grant and Funding proposal preparation and scoping;
- Highly Developed Data Analysis and Interpretation skills;
- Strong Organisational Administration skills;
- Strong Business Improvement skills;
**Desirable**:
- Master’s degree in relevant discipline;
- Experience managing an RTO or training organisation; and/or
- Experience managing a GTO organisation; and/or
- Experience managing a Labour Hire organisation; and
- Project Management experience.
