**About the Organisation**
Our Client is well established and a leader in the aged care / health sector & registered NDIS provider. Providing assistance to people over the age of 65 who may be socially or financially disadvantaged around Melbourne and surrounds. Priding themselves on providing the highest care in the community & in home support services, assisting their clients and families to maximize their quality of life.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Admin and reception services are provided to all clients that present in reception
- Liaising with care managers and Direct Care Workers to provide best possible outcomes for clients
- Onboarding of new Direct Care Workers
- Coordinating Direct Care Workers to meet their rostering requirements
- Report/ Document Safety incidences and hazards according to legislative requirements & policies and procedures
- Ensuring all compliance with policies and procedures of the organisation
- Work well within your team to assist with enquiries and requests
- Other general administrative duties where required.

**What We Need From You**
- A consistent “client first” approach.
- Great interpersonal & communication skills
- Demonstrated Customer Service experience
- Computer skills for data entry and the production of reports and schedules
- Arabic speaking - desirable
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills.
- The ability to multitask and adapt quickly.
- High level interpersonal and communication skills written and verbal.
- COVID-19 vaccination certificate (in accordance with current Government mandates).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
