About the role

Join the customer service team at Everhard Industries Pty Ltd as a Customer Service Coordinator in our Geebung, Queensland office. In this part-time 30 hours per week role, you will play an important part in ensuring our customers and internal stakeholders have a positive and seamless experience. Collaborating with key functions such as the sales, marketing, logistics, finance and accounts and product teams, this position provides an opportunity to make a significant impact on our customers' and stakeholders' satisfaction and loyalty

What you'll be doing

Customer Support

Provide exceptional customer support across phone, email, and other channels in a timely manner, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanourAssist customers with inquiries, product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolutionProcess returns and warranty claims, and complete outbound customer care calls to strengthen relationships.Completing outbound 'Customer Care' calls to existing customers to enhance and grow customer relationship

Product Knowledge

Develop and maintain deep knowledge of products, services, updates, and industry trends.Educate customers on product usage, features, and best practices.

Issue Resolution

Identify and resolve customer concerns, issues, or complaints efficiently and effectively. Strive to exceed customer expectations in issue resolution and follow-up.

Customer Feedback

Actively seek and collect customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and share customer insights and suggestions with relevant teams to enhance our products and servicesParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.

Documentation and Reporting

Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and assist in creating knowledge base articles and FAQs for customer self-service.

What you'll bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience with customer support, call centre of a related filed is desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
