**The Opportunity**

Workforce Analytics are on the lookout for a highly driven and confident **Rostering Consultant. **In this role you will work closely with business leaders to provide financial and time savings, visibility, and compliance across rosters. You will have exposure to a range of range of industries and cutting-edge technologies with clients, from Fast-Food, Retail, and FMCG Groups through to the Disability Sector and Aged Care, consulting with them around efficient rostering practices.

Reporting to the Workforce Project Manager, this role requires someone who can see data in a roster and interpret it, loves creating efficiencies, and is passionate about new technology.

Your tendency to learn and think quickly, coupled with your drive, execution focus and strong sense of urgency, will be critical to your success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Data entry into ‘Roster Right’, our rostering platform;
- Participate in management of assignments;
- Attend and lead client meetings and briefings,
- Create training collateral;
- Support the wider team with general administration, such as pay and compliance audits.

**What will you bring to the role?**
- Extensive experience with rostering at a site or corporate level;
- Familiarity with a range of Awards and/or EBA's;
- Ability to demonstrate commercial acumen and capability;
- Great with data, computers, and technology;
- A self-starter with initiative and attention to detail;
- An interest in data, payroll and compliance.
