As the Group Digital Marketing Coordinator, you are organised, comfortable working to deadlines and have a curious, analytical mind. You are responsible for coordinating and implementing the digital marketing activity that is aimed at engaging our community, generating new opportunities, and positioning GenesisCare as a leader in the industry across Australia, USA, Spain and the UK.

The role will require managing content updates on our website; collating and driving data and insights reporting; supporting regional teams with SEM and paid media campaign activity and helping to manage our SEO efforts that contributes to our global digital footprint. Ultimately you will be the team go-to for all things digital marketing support

What you'll do:

- Coordinate global digital projects with a range of stakeholders
- Help manage platforms such as CMS, Martech, Analytics & social media
- Utilise digital marketing channels to build awareness, engagement, and conversions
- Work with global digital team to support with search efforts (SEO, GMB & SEM)
- Work with content and production team to help with digital content creation needs
- Work with Customer Experience team to help drive insights off our digital marketing activity
- Implement actions from the digital marketing strategy plus provide input to help drive engagement and acquisition for patients and referring doctors
- Working with agencies/specialists to make SEO & SEM improvements that will drive online traffic & acquisitions:

- SEO: optimising website pages including updating meta information, tagging, keywords optimisation plus external link building to increase search ranking and traffic
- SEM: campaign planning, updates, organising content, collecting data and reporting insights
- Paid digital campaigns: help implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across as number of digital channels and markets (e.g. social media, AdWords, performance and remarketing)
- Drive social media activity and engagement across the business profiles (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube & GMB) developing content, curating topical news and content planning
- Community management, monitoring and moderating social media channels, creating conversation and replying to comments
- Analyse digital marketing data and create monthly insight reports for use across the business
- Share up-to-date knowledge on current digital marketing trends including organic search and SEM with the broader business to assist with local activity and digital optimisation
- Help with admin and coordination of activities; including building presentations, assisting with events and workshops, and managing group projects as required

What you'll have:

- Minimum 2 years’ marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- SEO, social media experience
- Working knowledge of AEM CMS, Google/Adobe Analytics, CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 360 suite
- An understanding of digital marketing
- Ability to organise and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
- High level of computer literacy
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work within a team or independently
- Problem solving skills
