**Digital Marketing Coordinator**

**About the Role**

Our client is a leading charity within humanitarian aid that raises funds from Australian donors to support operations and raises awareness.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate relationships and activities with external media agencies, such as digital media publishers, agencies, and ad platform providers, as well as internal suppliers and agencies
- Lead administration of Google Analytics, GTM (Google Task Manager) and Umbraco CRM
- Manage the understanding of the digital donor journey lifecycle and key donor metrics
- Analyse donor behaviours and data to identify trends and patterns that can enhance the donor experience.
- Ensure that event and activity tracking codes are put up for all campaign activities carried out by internal users and external media agencies.

**Skills and Attributes**
- Tertiary qualification in digital media, marketing, technology or related, relevant area
- Prior experience in digital marketing, campaign management, account management, project management, business process reengineering, ecommerce, media advertising, data analytics or similar role
- Experience managing media agencies executing paid digital marketing and advertising campaigns
- Proven ability to analyse and interpret financial performance data
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask across a number of projects and priorities
- Collaborative to work in a team but also capable to work autonomously
