**About the role**

We currently have an overnight sleep position available in Eaton for an experienced and qualified worker. To be considered you must hold a Cert 3 Individual Support (CHC33015/33021) qualification. Staff need to be comfortable taking customers to swimming, and experience with dementia, diabetes and epilepsy would be considered beneficial.

**A typical day as a Support Worker may look like**:

- Delivering a wide range of domestic supports within high-needs customer residence;
- Supporting person-centred plans that identify a customer’s life goals;
- Ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed; and
- Administration duties, expense and mandatory reports.
- Cert III in Individual Support (CHC33015 or CHC33021) - **essential**:

- Staff need to be comfortable taking customers to swimming
- Experience with dementia, diabetes and epilepsy would be beneficial
- Willingness to support customers of any gender by assisting with personal care (showering, toileting, medication administration) and domestic duties (meal preparation, housekeeping)
- Passion for providing service and assistance and helping others live their best lives
- Willingness to use your fully insured and registered, private vehicle (aligned with Activ’s motor vehicle allowance rebate).
