We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Admin Assistant to work on a Permanent Part-Time capacity at our Constitution Hill Aged Care facility located in Northmead.

**About the role**:
This will be a busy role where your duties will be varied and no two days are the same. It's an integral role where you will be organising and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Reporting and working closely with the Administration Manager, your duties will be but not limited to:

- Maintaining files and database and ensuring data integrity
- Scheduling meetings and inductions and taking minutes
- Ordering supplies such as uniform and stationary
- Assisting with interviews and site tours (when required)
- Other general reception and admin duties

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in an administrative/customer service role
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Package
- Good computer skills (Full training provided with our UKG software)
- Ability to multi-task and priorities conflicting work load
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
- Willingness to take on new challenges and work in a team environment to get the job done
- Triple Vaccinated

We are flexible with work day arrangement but Friday is a must, all other days and times can be negotiated. We are ideally seeking someone who can commence immediately.

Hourly pay rate is dependent on experience ranging from $26.32p/h - $31.32p/h.
