**About the role**:
Reporting to the Retirement Village Manager - **Constitution Hill,** the Assistant Village Manager will be responsible for effectively and efficiently assisting with the management of services and facilities of the Retirement Community in its entirety, ensuring delivery of the highest quality care within all budgetary requirements, legislative standards, guidelines and values of the organisation. Our mission is to put customers front and centre of all that we do meaning that this role genuinely gives you the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships and provide the best support to our residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Resident Relationship Management
- Effective Financial Management of the Village (Financial support of the Village budget)
- Ongoing supervision and management of staff to ensure work is carried out to the quality and standards required (4-12 direct reports)
- Driving event creation, planning and delivery for our residents
- Interacting and liaising with the resident committees and social committee
- Maintanence and Gardening work service request management

**About you**:

- Previous Administration experience in a Retirement, Aged Care, Health or Hotel setting
- Confident, professional customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Ambitious, energetic and the ability to learn and step up into the Village manager position manager as needed
- Desire to want to coordinate resident events and activities
- High degree of computer literacy
- Full covid vaccination
