**About the Role**:
As a **Parts Interpreter**, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by accurately identifying and supplying parts to meet their needs. For trainees, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn on the job with support from experienced professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and source automotive parts for customers and workshop staff.
- Provide expert advice on parts and accessories.
- Manage inventory, including stock ordering and organization.
- Process orders efficiently and accurately.
- Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department.

**What We’re Looking For**:
For **experienced Parts Interpreters**:

- Previous experience in automotive parts interpretation or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.

For **Trainee Applicants**:

- A genuine interest in the automotive industry and a willingness to learn.
- Customer service or retail experience is highly regarded.

For Both:

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Basic computer skills (experience with parts software is a plus).
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
