The RTO Training Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality training and assessment to students, with the aim of providing an excellent student experience. In this position, you will collaborate with the Learning & Development, Instructional Design, and Administration teams to prepare, assess, and evaluate qualifications, using up-to-date and compliant RTO resources, in order to maintain the standard of training and assessment for students.

Additionally, you will act as a mentor to the team of Trainers and Assessors, guiding them in the implementation of industry best practices in training delivery methodologies. You will also offer support to RTO trainers to help them achieve their key performance indicators (KPIs) related to student progression, completion, and satisfaction targets within the RTO.

The role requires adherence to RTO compliance requirements, including the Australian Qualification Training Framework and state registration and funding bodies, as well as meeting student completion rate targets.

**About you**
- Current BSB Qualification.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the VET Sector.
- Experience within an RTO.
- Current Cert IV TAE.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing VET training programs that align with AQTF qualifications.
- Strong ability to provide mentorship and guidance to students.
