As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting and supervising a team of individuals with diverse abilities to complete various production tasks in our warehouse and meet operational objectives.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing effective leadership and support to your team, creating a positive values-focused team culture, and increasing productivity.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting team members to become skilled production team members, coordinating documentation and data entry through accurate reporting and risk management, coaching and training supported employees to meet their employment goals, and escalating complex issues to the Supervisor.

Additionally, you will ensure that accidents, injuries, and near misses are reported immediately, and that hazards and risks are identified and addressed to create a safe and compliant work environment.

**About you**
- Have previous experience working with people with disabilities, or other diverse working environments.
- Demonstrate ability to supervise employees and/or teams.
- Be highly computer literate with confidence in using Microsoft programs and IT systems.
- Have a practical understanding of WHS requirements.
- Hold a current Australian driver’s license.
- Be able to obtain a NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) Worker Screening Check.
- Display excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to lead and support a team of staff effectively.
- Possess knowledge of financial and operational processes.
