Who is Two Good?

Two Good is a social enterprise which seeks to contribute to a world where every person feels worthy of love and respect. Through the creation of beautiful, high-quality food and products, we support, empower and employ women with lived experience of domestic violence, homelessness and complex trauma. We have a busy catering kitchen where we employ vulnerable women in our employment pathways program and we donate meals and care packs to community partners in and around Sydney.

What is the job?

The Concierge ("Goodcierge") Team Leader's role is key to the guest experience at the new Victoria Cross building in North Sydney. The building itself sits on top of the new Victoria Cross train station and represents state of the art architecture, engineering and construction. Two Good are managing the café, concierge and events within in this new build and this role is one of the first and crucial hires, responsible for managing the concierge, ensuring the highest standards.

Key responsibilities will be across:

  • Developing training, systems and procedures to ensure best in class Concierge practice.
  • Greet external clients in a welcoming and personalised manner, guide them through the visitor registration system.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and a sense of trust within the building.
  • Ensure the established high standards of presentation within the office, reception and meeting spaces are maintained, including conducting regular inspections.
  • Administrative tasks e.g. keeping the manual updated and relevant, logging, daily reporting to Building Manager, pass audits.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of processes and procedures that drive innovation, client satisfaction, and operational efficiencies.
  • People leadership and development of the Goodcierge team in an empathetic way that creates an environment that people can thrive in.

We are looking for the following skills and experience:

  • Experience working in a premium hospitality environment such as five-star hotels and/or corporate concierge service and events.
  • General computer literacy.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Experience in engaging with business leaders, VIP Clients and busy career professionals.
  • The ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment, whilst maintaining composure and delivering outcomes of the highest quality.
