**The Opportunity**

We have a rare, yet exciting opportunity for a Practice Manager to join and lead our amazing teams across our Bull Creek Veterinary, O’Connor Veterinary & Booragoon Veterinary practices. As a multi-site Practice Manager with Vets Central, you will play an integral role in overseeing the day-to-day running of our 3 clinics to ensure the patient experience is aligned with our values, and the delivery of administrative/reception functions is efficient and effective. This opportunity would suit an experienced Leader/Practice Manager looking to take the next step in their career.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Oversee and support the team in executing the day-to-day operations of the practice.
- Manage administrative tasks associated with recruitment, rostering, payroll, accounts and banking.
- Supporting and delivering uncompromising standards of care for our furry friend patients and ensuring an exceptional client experience
- Identifying and forecasting teams training requirements and promoting skills development.
- Promoting and upholding the team vision and values
- Leading and developing the team to promote and maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Work closely with the clinic leaders to review business performance and achieve business sustainability & growth.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Proven business management and team leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience with delivering an excellent client experience in a previous leadership role is essential.
- Experience in the veterinary industry would be beneficial, however not essential.
- A Cert IV in Business is desirable but not essential.
- Desire to lead, engage and inspire a team.
- High attention to detail and time management skills with an ability to work to deadlines.
- Proactive and positive work ethic and attitude, willing to support the team wherever needed.
