HR Driver

**Your New Opportunity**:
Positions are available for passionate, customer focused **HR Drivers** to join our Tyrecycle team based out of **O'Connor, WA** site.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for the collection of tyres and other goods from customer sites and the safe and timely delivery of loads back to the Tyrecycle site. Representing Tyrecycle in a professional and presentable manner this role aims to provide valuable service to our customers.

This is an active role that requires manual loading and unloading of heavy rigid automatic cage trucks, physically handling tyres and ensuring safe work practices are adhered to at all times.

**Your key responsibilities will be**:

- fostering and promoting safe working behaviours and displaying a commitment to Tyrecycle safety standards and HSEQ requirements at all times
- following daily route and time schedules whilst keeping in regular communication with the Operations Manager
- picking up goods at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring SOP and other approved work practices are adhered too
- loading and unloading vehicle in accordance to company standards
- maintaining vehicle in representable order
- liaising with customers and suppliers in a friendly and professional manner
- processing electronic customer invoice in real time at customer site
- completing driver booklet, logs and reports as required

**About you**:

- At least 12 months experience as an HR driver
- A valid HR licence is essential for the role
- Clean driving record
- Understanding of safe work practices and manual handling techniques
- Great work ethic
- Team player
- Physically fit
- Experience completing pre and post vehicle checks
- Reliable, hardworking and responsible
