About the role
Due to internal promotion, we are seeking a National Business Manager ANZ to join our team. This pivotal role will see you become the go-to-person in the business for forecasting, account management, strategic planning, and will allow you to step up as 2IC to the Sales Director ANZ.
You will drive sales growth with assigned National Retailers by developing, implementing and leading all sales strategies. In addition, you will manage a highly functioning and enthusiastic team of Field Sales Brand Advocates (5) across Australian and New Zealand.
**Key responsibilities of the role include**:
Leading the Strategy and Operational processes within the Sales Team via promotional strategies, clash calendar planning, forecasting accuracy and delivering to plan
Managing and driving the performance of Focus, Ecommerce and Global accounts to deliver KPI's
Developing and maintaining regular face to face dealings with account portfolio
Using your full understanding of the territory and where our brands are in the market to ensure increased sales to existing dealers as well as new business development
Efficiently reporting sales targets and results achieved monthly, quarterly and yearly, comparing actual results against budgeted
Driving the Brand Advocate team to meet objectives, conduct annual performance reviews and manage expenses
Working with direct reports to develop annual business plans and KPI’s for their reporting regions

About You
You are a highly motivated and results driven individual with an eye for detail around profit contribution and use promotional sales patterns to come up with viable sales strategies.
**You have demonstrated experience in**:
People management incorporating training, setting KPI's, performance review and effectively engaging and driving a team
Strong financial management and reporting skills
Entrepreneurial skills and the ability to lead strategic decision making
A strong focus on personal continuous improvement
Business to consumer sales and business to business sales
Knowledge of retail trading within the consumer electronics market
