We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Transport Allocator to join our energetic team. As a Transport Allocator, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our brand promise by ensuring the safe and timely delivery of our products by living our core value of WOW customers with service. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and allocating daily delivery driver jobs across all New South Wales local sites for the metro and courier fleets to ensure customer delivery deadlines are met. This position is not only about day-to-day tasks but also immersing yourself into the Jaybro culture, embodying our core values into every aspect of your work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Commitment to Health Safety leadership Quality, Environment & Compliance**:Demonstrate personal safety and quality leadership as a priority through own actions and holding team members accountable to all HSEQ guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe and continuously improving working environment.
- **Lead a team of A-Player**:Lead a team of A- Players through providing operational guidance and leadership on warehouse tasks and responsibilities.
- **Transport Allocations**:Ensure all on-road related activities including driver training and performance in accordance with Chain of Responsibility legislation and Jaybro policies, standards and programs of work.
- **Process Improvement**:Continuously identify and lead opportunities to enhance warehouse efficiency, streamline processes, and optimize inventory management.
- **Project Coordination**:Coordinate on-site projects and execute actions that may relate to local or national operations strategy and or continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- A valid drivers license
- A strong commitment to safety and responsible driving
- Demonstrated transport allocation and/or fleet control and/or similar experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the warehouse team.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
