**The Opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Local Transport Allocator to join our team in Wetherill Park. In this challenging role, you will coordinate the dispatch and delivery of Gyprok and Cemintel products. Your forward-thinking approach will contribute to your success in planning our driver schedules in line with customer orders.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Manage and deliver logistics services internally and externally to meet or exceed CSR service levels, operational expense, and freight cost objectives.
- Ensure CSR standards and principles are maintained and complied with as a minimum by all employees and logistics service providers.
- Maintain records on deliveries, DIFOT, Freight Recovery and specific customer cost profiles to enable analysis of trends and recommend areas of improvement.
- Retain customer data on transport needs for data analysis and to recommend changes or highlight trends that may better our customer service.
- Understand customer feedback, distribute and action as appropriate to improve customer experience.
- Demonstrate and ensure all CSR employees, contractors and visitors understand safety is first priority and will not be compromised under any circumstances.
- Maintain records on transport contractor compliance to skills needs and ensure documentation provided to contractors is accurate and up to date.

About you
- Local transport allocation or scheduling experience
- Customer/supplier liaison, complaint handling, etc
- COR experience
- Clear and precise communication both verbal and written
- Problem identification and solving
