Level B total remuneration range: $134,910 to $160,222 pa (inclusive of $114,000 to $135,390 salary pa, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading)

**Who are we looking for?**
We are seeking a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Work and Regulation to join School of Law, Faculty of Business and Law.

Two Postdoctoral Research Fellow positions are available in the School of Law, Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in Brisbane to carry out research and support research projects spanning QUT's Centre for Decent Work and Industry (CDWI) and the Australian Centre for Health Law Research (ACHLR). The projects you will work on focus on topics around the regulation of work, including such issues as pay equity and transparency, health and wellbeing at work, dignity and privacy in the workplace, and the protection of labour standards. We seek two PhD-qualified (or equivalent) researchers with knowledge of, or experience with, the rules, processes, systems and institutions used to regulate employment and workplace relations, and with demonstrated ability to conduct and manage independent research and high-level communication, interpersonal, and digital literacy skills. Working in multi-disciplinary teams and experience with qualitative and/or quantitative research techniques is desirable.

**What you need to succeed**
- Completion of a PhD (or a recent submission of a PhD), or equivalent accreditation or standing.
- Completion of a degree in law or employment relations, or in any other field (including management, economics or psychology) with relevance to the study of work.
- Demonstrated familiarity, through prior study and/or practical experience, of rules, processes, systems and institutions used to regulate employment and workplace relations.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct and manage independent research, including planning and delivering project outcomes within agreed timeframes and budgets.
- Demonstrated high level of oral, written communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate with research colleagues in a team environment and external stakeholders, and experience in writing reports, conference papers and/or contributing to academic publications using referencing software.
- Demonstrated digital literacy, including the ability to rapidly acquire working knowledge of data analysis software packages.
- Demonstrated experience in qualitative and/or quantitative research techniques.
- Demonstrated interest and experience in one or more of the proposed research topics.
