**Who are we looking for?**
We are seeking a Postdoctoral Research Fellow (2 Positions Available) to join School of Economics and Finance, Faculty of Business and Law, Academic Division.
The Training Centre has an exciting opportunity for a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to play a key role in our research programs. This appointment is an opportunity for an early career academic to join new projects with multiple existing data sources, national and international networks in the field, and QUT-based senior academics. The position will assist with supervision of Higher Degree by Research students and will be an active member of the research community within the university and across the Centre’s network.

**About the area**
The ARC Training Centre for Behavioural Insights for Technology Adoption is supported by the Australian Research Council’s Industrial Transformation Research Program Scheme. The Training Centre aims to boost national productivity by identifying, designing and evaluating solutions that address the behavioural barriers to technology adoption. By uniting industry and government with world-leading interdisciplinary researchers, the Training Centre will build transformative capability in people, data and solutions to support Australian organisations achieve higher returns on technology investment in health, agriculture and cyber-security..
**What you need to succeed**
- Completion of a doctoral qualification (or PhD under examination) in fields of marketing or innovation with proven knowledge of research techniques and methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in both qualitative and quantitative methods (i.e. survey development, panel data analysis, codesign, interviews).
- Ability to lead or contribute to research projects including identifying and tracking milestones, reporting on progress and identifying barriers to completion.
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills with an ability to present research findings to a variety of audiences and evidence of publication in high quality journals.
- Knowledge of innovation theories.
- Demonstrated publications in innovation and technology.
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively as part of a multi-disciplinary research team, as well as proven ability to work effectively with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to engage and supervise Higher Degree Research (e.g., PhD or Masters) students.
