Clarrow have partnered with an award winning global tech company to help them find their next superstar Customer Support Officer.

We are looking for an individual with impeccable customer service skills, positive attitude and dedication to their professional life. Help resolve customers’ licensing and sales issues and answer online support queries.

**Skills Required**:

- Experience in a customer service role
- Ability and willingness to learn various new systems
- Have an analytical mind to identify problems and find solutions, with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to deal with customers, team leaders, managers and fellow staff
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to work effectively both in a team and autonomously
