**Our Client**

We are delighted to be partnering with a well-known and highly reputable business based in St Leonards They are seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join their Finance team on a temporary basis initially for 3 months with the view to perm. They also offer flexibility to WFH 2-3 days per week

**Description**

***
Duties will include, but not limited to;
- Processing incoming payments inline with company procedures
- Billings & allocations
- Completing high volume transactions
- Collecting relevant financial data for reporting
- Matching payments to debtors
- Accurate and timely reconciliations
- End to end accounts receivable process
- Other ad-hoc finance tasks as required

**Profile**

***
As an ideal applicant, you will have;
- Proven experience within a similar capacity, be it AR, Billings or Accounts Clerk
- Sound systems and Excel knowledge
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong use of initiative and a proactive nature
