**Your New Opportunity**:
Due to an internal promotion a full time, permanent role has come up for a **Parts Manager **to join our Parts team. You'll be based in our **Wacol Branch**, working as an integral part of our **Management Team**. You will actively lead and manage a high-performing parts team and warehouse operations team.

**In this role you will**:

- Have a strong focus on **Safety Leadership** as a senior manager.
- **Lead and develop** the Parts and Warehouse Teams to meet individual and Penske Goals.
- Maintain high standards of **housekeeping and engagement** with the business operations teams.
- Develop **operating plans** and have the ability to execute and achieve **financial & operational targets.**:

- Ensure your team consistently **exceeds expectations** of both internal and external customers.
- **Manage** a warehouse and **large-scale inventory function**.
- Model safe working behaviour in line with Penske's values of **Ownership, Passion, Teamwork, Integrity and Care**

**About you**:

- You have **managerial experience** within an **automotive environment**.
- Demonstrable ability to successfully **manage, develop & motivate a team**.
- Have a **strong customer focus** and **team-player** mindset.
- **Strong communication skills**, written and verbal, with a **knack for building personal** **connections.**:

- A high energy, high output persona and **resilient nature.**:

- Intermediate/Advanced **MS Office skills** and ability to learn and use bespoke software systems.
- **Strong experience** in understanding and interpreting **automotive, inventory & financial reports**.
- **High emotional intelligence**, we're looking for a leader not a boss to grow and develop the team.
