**Your Role**

This role is integral to the Service Team and their ongoing success. As the Parts Manager leading a small team within a dealership service environment, your role will include:

- Leadership of the Parts team and inventory control procedures;
- Troubleshooting inventory issues through data analysis and investigating the Dealer Management system;
- Liaising with suppliers and onboarding new vendors;
- Supporting workshop operations, retail shop and online parts store operations through effective parts supply;
- Managing regular stocktakes, quarantined inventory, warranty claims and warehouse budgets;
- Overseeing freight operations for the factory; and
- Recruitment, training and development of your staff.

**About You**

You will bring previous automotive service experience preferably at a team leader or management level encompassing material and parts management with strong leadership skills.

Previous experience in RV manufacturing or a related industry will be highly regarded and a valid open driver’s license is essential.

Most importantly, you’ll bring a great attitude, desire to improve processes and a passion for developing a great team of individuals
