Due to recent expansion, our client is seeking an experienced Franchisee Coordinator to join their team based in Arndell Park.

**Our client**:
A Multinational Global brand specializing in manufacturing and distribution of industrial products to its users. Our client has been in the Australian market for over 100 years, supporting their clients with quality and innovative products with an outstanding product range servicing over 100 branches around the world.

**The Role**:

- Handling all correspondence and liaising with franchisees to assist with financial queries and payments.
- High level data and record management.
- Processing financial transactions using ERP systems.
- Assisting customer service team including answering calls.
- Set up payment instalments and solutions for franchisees.
- Other general adhoc duties.

**About you**:

- Competency using Excel at an intermediate level.
- Numeracy literate with exposure to financial statements and billing tasks.
- Data entry experience and experience using ERP systems.
- Strong communication and literacy skills.
- A team player and eager to learn.
- Process driven.

No Hybrid on offer initially.
